Return Policy

At Phenomenal Printz, we take pride in creating high-quality, custom products made just for you. Because most of our items are personalized, we have a specific return policy to ensure fairness and clarity.


1️⃣ Custom and Personalized Products

All sales of custom and personalized items are final.

Since these products are made to order based on your selected design or provided artwork, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • We made an error (e.g., wrong design, incorrect personalization)

2️⃣ Reporting a Problem

If there is an issue with your order:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at tammystewart83@gmail.com
  • Include your order number and photos clearly showing the issue

We’ll review your request and work with you to resolve the problem—either through a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution.


3️⃣ Damaged or Defective Items

If your item was damaged in transit or is defective:

  • We may ask you to return the item before issuing a replacement or refund.
  • Return shipping for damaged or defective items will be covered by Phenomenal Printz.

4️⃣ Non-Returnable Items

❌ We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Custom or personalized products (unless defective or incorrect)
  • Items returned without prior authorization
  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling

5️⃣ Cancellations

✅ You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. After that time, your order may already be in production and cannot be canceled.
