3️⃣ Custom Products
✅ Custom products (e.g., personalized tumblers) are made based on the design you provide or select.
✅ Please review your design carefully before submitting your order. We are not responsible for errors (e.g., spelling mistakes) provided by the customer.
✅ Custom products are non-refundable except in the case of defects or errors caused by us.
4️⃣ Shipping & Delivery
✅ We will make every effort to ship orders promptly. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
✅ We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
✅ Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has shipped.
5️⃣ Returns & Refunds
✅ Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part.
✅ If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at tammystewart83@gmail.com with your order details and photos of the issue.
✅ We reserve the right to request that defective items be returned before issuing a replacement or refund.
